Heat Pump Evaporation System introduction
The secondary steam evaporated by the evaporator is compressed with a compressor, its pressure is increased, its saturation temperature exceeds the boiling point of the solution, and then it is sent back to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam. This method is called heat pump evaporation. The use of heat pump evaporation only needs to supply heating steam at the start-up stage of the evaporator. When the operation is stable, heating steam is no longer required, and only the work required to boost the secondary steam is provided, thus saving a lot of raw steam.
