Product Description
Feature
• There are varieties of volume from 600L-2000OL also it can bedesigned and customized according to the customers' requirements.
• Jacket can be put into steam (or hot water), and jacket is divided into coil jacket, full jacket and dimple jacket. Jacketed outside is covered with insulation layer, Insulation material is rock wool (keep warm) or PU (keep cold).
• Connector uses fast installation chuck (clamp). Inner tank uses SS304 or SS316L. The inner surface mirror polishing Ra≤0.28um-0.6 um. Outer surface can be polished, wiredrawn, sandblasted according to customer's requirement.
Tank Optional Configuration
• Storage Tank optional configuration: sterile air filter, thermometer (digitaldisplay type or dial), pressure gauge, sight glass, sanitary manhole, in-outlet, CIP universal rotating cleanign ball, liquid meter etc, Or configured according to customers requirements.
Design Parameter
• Suitable for the pharmaceutical industry of pure water storage, injection water storage, liquid storage, intermediate buffer, also applies to normal temperature and warming storage of the food, milk, juice etc.
