The vacuum homogenizing emulsifying machine consists of emulsifying mixing tank, vacuum system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and operation platform
Tank accessories of emulsion mixing tank: stainless steel pipe filter, solid feeding port, vacuum port, compressed air inlet, broken vacuum port, sight glass, temperature sensor, CIP shampoo, discharge port, dust-proof and sterile breathing device are equipped at liquid feeding port
Features
1. The contact part of the material is made of SUS316L high-quality stainless steel, without any dead angle. The internal and external surfaces of the equipment are polished with mirror surface, which meets the GMP requirements.
2. The vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is equipped with a CIP cleaning system to avoid the cumbersomeness caused by the traditional cleaning method, making the cleaning work easier and more efficient.
3. The mixing system adopts double scraping side stirring and frequency conversion speed regulation, which can meet the production requirements of different process requirements.
4. Vacuum defoaming allows the material to meet hygienic sterility requirements and vacuum suction, especially powder to avoid dust flying.
5. According to the process requirements, the tank can heat or cool the material. The heating method can be steam or electric heating according to customer requirements.

1. Used as liquid storage tank, mixing tank, buffer tank, disinfection tank etc.
2. Used for such fields like foods, dairy, fruit juice, pharmaceutical chemical and biological engineering etc.
