Melting tank 's introduction
Sugar Melting tank is a new type of beverage machinery. This machine can finish the sugar melting work by electricity or steam heating, with stirring motor. The body is composed of cylindrical stainless steel inner seal head, thus forming a heat transfer jacket. Packaged by the stainless steel outside, the Sugar Melting tank is generous in appearance. Putting the melting material and cold water in the tank and making the steam pass through the jacket can accomplish the goal of heating and melting. The conduit united with the jacket is equipped with pressure gage and safety valve, which can mensurate the pressure and guarantee the safety.
Jhenten's tank is according to ourself process method .
The material is used of high quality stainless steel SS304 or SS 316L (customer 's requirement).
This melting tank is according to JB4735-1997 Produce ,test and use. And it is comply with GMP requirement .
Jhenten adopt argon arc welding to eliminate the welding pressure .
Top head and bottom head is shapedby water pressure that can assure sanitary .
All surface are smooth and no roughness .
We are according material characteristic,RPM to choose agitator type and motor power .
The PLC control system is according to customer requriement
